…diet. It’s called eating healthy and watching my sugar and carb intake. It sucks. However, I think I’ve gotten used to it after a couple weeks of depression. I mean, have you seen how many carbs/sugar is in tiramisu? I was heartbroken. Aaanyway, I’ve made the switch from regular Coke to Diet Coke (gasp), Red Bull to Sugar-Free Red Bull, and haven’t had more than 90 carbs a day for 2 weeks now. I also haven’t had any junk food (including candy). I think that after the first initial shock, my body has stopped protesting and is now complacent. Jake and I decided to jump on the healthy eating bandwagon after his dad started on it. His dad has been on a low carb diet (on the advice of his doctor) for about a month now and he’s lost around 20 lbs. Yay for him!!!

Then you can tell me how much of an awesome baker I am and reward me with lots of praise and hugs. If I can’t enjoy a good cupcake, then I will force you to.
